The Protec Maternity Wear Guarantee

Because your satisfaction is our top priority, we guarantee every item we sell. If for any reason our product does not entirely meet your satisfaction, return it with the original tags still attached so that it arrives in our hands within 45 days of purchase. (Please note: any returned items must be unworn and unused.) We will exchange it or refund your purchase price less the original shipping and handling charges.

How to return or exchange a Protec maternity clothing item:

  • Fold and place the item in a sturdy box or stiff envelope to prevent damage in shipping
  • Enclose a completed Protec Maternity Wear Return/Exchange form
  • Enclose a copy of the packing slip or sales receipt you received with your purchase
  • Send the package to the address below using a shipping method of your choice
  • We recommend obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance for your return*

If you requested a refund, we will issue a refund credit to the card or form of payment you originally used for payment.

If you requested an exchange, we will ship the item you specify upon receiving your return. Please note that our regular shipping charge will apply and will be charged to the card or form of payment you originally used. (If the exchange is due to a mistake on our end—though that's very rare—we will refund your postage on any exchange you make as a result.)

Gift returns and exchanges

If you received the item as a gift and select the refund option, the refund amount will be credited to the card or form of payment used by the person who gave you the gift. For exchanges, our regular shipping charge will apply; please include a check for the applicable shipping amount with your exchange form.
